Is this a good arm workout for a beginner? I replaced weightless biceps with a 15lb weight. I feel like I should be doing this twice a day though. I'm a 5'7 200lb male age 22. I think most of the workout comes from the fact I'm 200 lbs.

go to scoobysworkshop.com, you can create a custom workout plan based on what you have/can afford (e.g. full gym membership or just bodyweight at home), it's a great place to start imo
