I've been doing 45 mins, 5 days a week, for a bit more then year now. Are the gains good or bad for the amount i workout? (6.4f or 195 cm about 78 kilos 170 pounds)

trak your macros and eat more man, I've been training for a year too and have built more mass while having fucked around half of that time. I eat 3300 kcals at 177 cm and 73 kgs so you should def try to eat more than that.
