Started lifting at 18/19 had gyno since 16/17 but didn't really notice it until I started lifting but it had be mentioned by mum and mates haha. It doesn't look to bad when I'm heavy 110kg at 15% Bf I'm 23 now

Lads, for anyone with puffy nips, like me, try using an icepack on them for 10 mins every night and morning. Keeps them from being very noticeable, at least for me, definitely worth trying before dropping 10 grand on an operation.

Also you have to remember that no one notices them at all if you've been lifting for a while, they'll be too distracted by your glutes and shoulders/arms lol
