So I'm going for a long trip and I'll only have my 2lb weights, so can I do my normal workout with them as long as I do enough reps or will it be less effective?

don't bother bringing 2lb weights, they're literally useless.
Find a broom and go to a grocery store where you are and buy water jugs, should be pretty cheap. Weigh them and replace the water with small rocks from literally anywhere outside to get them up to the weight you desire. Lift them by the handles for use as dumbbells, or put them on the broomstick as a barbell

Bring 2 buckets and a scale.
Load each on equally, and you can do pretty much every exercise that you can do with kettlebells.
Rocks and cans are good for the weight.
If you look hard enough, you can probably find various things to do chins and pullups on too.
