I have a big problem with diet actually. It goes hand in hand with fapping.

I start to get stressed

Fucking kills me man.

It's easier to just eat less calories, than it is to completely stick to a "clean" diet for the rest of your life.

Also, smoking isn't a good example - considering you still have to eat everyday to survive where as you don't need to smoke.
