Please help me /fit/. I'm 5'10" 210lbs and I have a big pot belly. I've read the sticky and been cutting and on a 5x5 program for about a month now and I see no change in my physique. I usually try to suck my stomach in, but when I don't I get something like pic related, looking like friggin Randy Bobandy.
Is a caloric deficit and routine enough to get rid of this? Should I be holding in my stomach?

LOL, don't do this or youll go to snapcity
Keep going, it's the last place to lose fat. Look up stretches to help with APT. Exercise your traverse abdominal muscle so that sucking in becomes habit.
