What is an affordable way I can increase this diet to 3000 calories

Unless you're training for several hours in a row or training twice a day and doing a fuckton of interval training or similar work, you're pretty much wasting calories with the Gatorade.

Chocolate milk is proven to be the best post workout drink. It's got the magic ratios of carbs, protein, and fats that your body needs to replenish. Or follow /fit/s recommendation of 8 SCOOPS C'MON!

Gatorade is trash. Drink pickle juice or pop some tums for your electrolytes. Save the calories for something more nutrient dense to add some wiggle room to your macros.

If you are doing long cardio workout, like you train to be an endurance runner, for a marathon etc. Yes then u might need some.

The chicken breast is there for the protein. It has more protein per dollar than any fast food meal. If you don't care about protein, then just rice, beans, even buying frozen hamburgers might be cheaper than getting fast food burgers.

Protip: nonfat quark is dirt cheap and maybe even more calorie dense then clean cuts of meat. If u cant get quark try lowfat greek yoghourt. But watch out if they add sugar or other crap on the ingredients list. Its less protein dense per volume but similar protein density per calories

Btw yoghourt based sauces for rice and chicken dishes are amazing.just add some raw fresh garlic, some cucumber and a bit olive oil to nonfat yoghourt, its amazing. But beware you will stink quite a bit from raw garlic
