I tried some of those virgin pee eggs in China a few years back and they're actually pretty good. You expect them to taste bad, but they're surprisingly addictive. The texture is the same as a normal boiled egg, but they have this amazing after taste. There might also be some nutritional benefits to virgin pee eggs, but I'm not sure.

i just ate them with salsa.. wasnt terrible but wasnt amazing

i blend 6 raw with orange juice in the morning. eating cooked eggs takes me forever and is really unpleasant. this way I just shoot them back in a couple of minutes and dont get full too quickly so I can eat my toast and pb too.
