So I have come to the realization that my nightly rum cocktails are keeping me fat.
How do I get fucked up while remaining conscious of my caloric intake?
Thus far I have determined that pic related is the answer. One oz of this has 110 calories and 3 carbs, and I'd be lit for the night.

Drinking (or indeed using any drug) to cope with stress is a pretty surefire way to end up with a problem
I wouldn't say quit, but at least cut back. Maybe try three nights a week, or only on the weekends if you can handle it. You'll feel weird about it for a week or so but after that it'll become normal

Start enjoying weed. Besides it being calories free, it helps you get stronger. Your muscles are so relaxed that you recover much faster. You sleep amazing which helps. I always get a surge of energy when I am at the gym high, have hit a few of my PRs while slightly high.
