I am currently doing SS and bulking and i bought one of these ab rollers.
I was wondering if it would be worth it to use it three days a week. Will it help my abdominal look more defined when i cut? will it help increase me core strength?

Yes. You can use it everyday if you want, the abs recover really fast.

Yes to all 3.
Just make sure you are keeping your back neutral or partially arched, if you can't, go as far as you can until your strength improves. Can really tighten up your back if not.

Bumping for interest.
Been meaning to get one of these but also wonder how well they work.

They're cheap, no reason not to.
I suppose it's like a crunch and a plank combined.

You can do a lot of the work with a barbell or dumbbell, but they're cheap and have minor benefits to that.

Super set with pull/chin ups. Great shit.

Don't bother OP. Abs are made in the kitchen.

>ab rollers
waste of money. just use your barbell with a single disk in the middle and a clamp on either side. instant roller with the added resistance from friction.

>ab rollers
waste of money. you can just stick a rebar through a rock. instant roller and it doesn't roll nicely like a wheel so it's extra resistance.

or go buy one for 10 dollar at walmart.

Just stick your fingers through a CD. This also serves as an index finger workout, so it's better than any ab roller.

Stick your finger in the middle of a table saw blade. Better traction and motivation to not slip.
