Leg curls
Weighted Calf Raises

I'm having some knee issues. Didn't want to add that in there right away. Can't squat, deadlift hurts like a mother fucker.

I would at least add leg press in there.
I don't do squats either but I realized my adductors were really lagging so I sucked it up and added the adductor machine in there.
You'd get decent results if you do it right, don't listen to the faggots who worship squats. Leg press and leg extensions are helping a lot.
If you don't want to do squats, fuck whoever tells you that you have to.

Man that's unfortunate. I managed to work my legs to 20.5" only doing leg press, leg curls, and leg extensions. Also I've only been working my legs ~2/6 months I've even been working out because I was fucking my shit up and strained my quad multiple times. My calves are 14.5" just from doing calf raises. 5'8 153 here.

Honestly if you have knee issues that prevent you from doing those lifts then don't do them, not worth fucking yourself up for. Just do what you can (the exercises you listed), you'll not see gains as good as squats would give but it's a no brainer best option in a bad situation

Just weighted calf raises with the machine in pic related.
I usually start with 1x10 at 150.
Then I pyramid up to 1xF at 165.
Then I move back down and do another 1x10 at 150.
Lastly I move down to 135 for 1xF.
I use slow controlled movements with no bouncing at all and I really make sure to squeeze my calves at the top. Then I let my heels go down as much as possible and repeat.
