6'1 - 120 lbs skeletington here. I just registered to a gym and did my first day there.
Any advices from fellow fitizens? What should a skelington consider while working out? What should I avoid or keep in mind? What should I eat? Should I stop masturbating?

Take your time and don't expect wonders. You will need to eat more to get muscles. Many workout schemes are floating around. Succeeding without juice means to stay on the track for years.

Eat lots of healthy foods. Chicken, Fish, Oats. Count your calories and if you're not gaining weight, increase the calories. Also, peanut butter is one of the best type of foods your can find for gaining weight. It has fat, carbs and protein. Try adding 1 or 2 coffee spoons.

I started in febuary at that exact weight and height. There are two hard parts to what you're about to do, changing your eating habits, and making the gym a habit. I've been working out 5/6 times a week since the beginning of feb, at first, just protein after workouts, but now I'm taking a mass gainer between breakfast / lunch, whey isolate after workouts, and casein before bed. I'm currently 160, and i've gained EXCLUSIVELY lean muscle. Dont eat fat, you'll get bellyfat esp if ur skelly currently. U can make it m8 in less time than you think if you stay consistent. Originally i wanted to be 150. Then I wanted to be 160. Now I want 180. I'll probably want 200 then. Beyond that would either be powerlifter or roid status so i might need to stop if I want to be aesthetic and natty.

I started with a friend telling me i had good genes and was wasting my time, I felt unhealthy and I just started kris gethin's 12 week trainer on bodybuildingcom. Followed it every fucking day, watched every fucking video. Made it a habit. I had a shit eating habit before, 1-2 meals a day, never ate breakfast drank too much.
