I've been going to the gym 3 times a week, 45-60 min each time, for about a month now, but I'm not seeing many results. I do weight training for my arms and chest (legs soon, yeah I know I'm a pleb)

I do barbel curls, push ups, bench up to 70 lbs now, chin ups, some exercises for triceps (don't know what it's called)

I also do inclined/reverse situps, the air bicycle shit, and use a machine for sitting, weighted crunches or something (again not entirely sure) for core workouts.

I'm 6'0 and 150 lbs. I eat well 95% of the time (lean/plain chicken, turkey, eggs, vegetables, fruits, plain oatmeal, and some protein shake with 30g/scoop) but still look flabby as fuck and can still see my ribs somehow.

Am I doing this wrong? What more can I do? Has it just not been long enough? Also, was wondering if I maybe I'm not getting enough macronutrients still, could that cause it?

Eat, lift, rest.
Eat slightly above maintenance, progressive overload on your lifts, don't overtrain and sleep 8h+. Consistence is key. Progress will come in time.

Ok family. After a month I could already see results. Not too much but it was there. But i was doing shit like squats deadlifts ohp and bench press as my main lifts. Only did arms for the pump and for fun. Right now you train like a girl. Oh and you gotta eat big to get big common
