Today I pulled 400 lbs for the first time, and I'll probably be able to hit lmao4pl8 in a week or so. I still can't even bench 2pl8 though.

Yeah, I don't know why my deadlift is so fucking high. Maybe my squat form sucks or maybe it's just that I do high bar. I know my deadlift is the lift I have the closest to perfect form on.

I've been doing SS and my DL just keeps going up every time I do it. Pulling 400 wasn't even that hard today. Before I started lifting I was a swimmer though, so I've always had a strong back.
My bench has stalled out a few times though. I just got some 1.25 lbs plates, so I'm going to try using those to progress for a bit. Once I stall out on my upperbody lifts again I think I really need to change programs though..

It that's the case, I know your struggle. I'm around 1.80m and can lockout at 70cm from the floor.

I just measured, and even though I'm 5' 11, I have a 6' 1 wingspan and my DL lockout is about 28-29 inches off the floor. I guess that explains some of it.
