It's considered cool and edgy to hate on popular things such as Kanye West, Taylor Swift, SLP, Uniqlo, Trunks etc.
What people don't realize is that the joke's on them, because they end up listening to weird music like Grimes and Crystal Castles and wearing exotic clothes from Rakuten that desperately need to be ironed, and then the people in their life notice the change in their behavior and start treating them as outcasts.

They have some interesting pieces and I kind of like the aesthetic they consistently put out, but the prices are way to high for what the pieces are, they have never done remotely interesting besides changing the material and color of traditional pieces, and to be completely honest the majority of the pieces are boring as fuck. I dont understand the sudden love for the brand here it's nothing special, but I shouldnt be surprised considering how many people love brands similar to OL already. Plus I really just second tier brands for some reason.
>>9248872
i'm >>9248830
a lot of the pieces are boring tbh but i'm aight with that. it's still more interesting than acne or apc imo. price seems fair to me, better quality than acne (not saying much lmao) for a similar pricepoint, but having said that i rarely pay retail - it's widely stocked at this point so most stuff makes the sales. It does seem a bit like there's a new love for the brand lately but i've been on it for three years now....
Basically they just make clothes that I really like wearing.

Those are not in the same league at all, imo. They might be somewhat popular on here but they are doing far better than what Rick and Raf have been putting out lately. Their latest collections were so bad. I loved them before but they're really uninspiring to me now. This is all my personal opinion, dude. To each their own.
I only listed Uniqlo because it's one of the few fast fashion stores I still enjoy shopping at. It's popular on /fa/, but it's one of the few that deserves its popularity imo.
