He makes a few pieces more than once but since his process for making pieces is so ridiculous and time consuming there is no way he can make more than like 10 of each one. You most likely won't be able to find a jacket like that from him for less than $7000. Also you will have to contact him/his workers directly. Honestly, I'm definitely not an expert; there's people who know far, far more about this stuff than I do. I'm just a natural fanboy with an aptitude for the kind of research conducive to thinking and writing about stuff.

And it's possible to buy the Unknown Pleasures Cloak, sometimes. There was one for some not-as-insane-as-you'd-think 4-figure price BIN on eBay for a longass time.

Personally, I'd take the other cloaks from the collection any day - the Saville design just doesn't work on the cloak, for me. And my most-desired piece from the collection is probably actually the skirt in pic related.

Yep that's the one. Sorry gonna need out for a second. The way he cuts his clothing like I said before I specially designed for specific tasks. Of course the rising jacket like I said before but he also designed an entire line for a marching band. His vision of the human anatomy is mainly what causes this. Aitor takes everything into account muscle mass the way a specific limb will be moving in said scenario. Many others have tried to replicate this with varying degrees of success but Aitor still wears the crown for this. If you haven't seen his sketches either I would highly recommend it. They give a really good view into his mind and the way he sees the body and all his prototypes. Lastly one of his lesser known works was his collaboration with Umbro wear he designed sportswear and running clothing. It was much more mild and accessible compared to his other work but with the same amazing cuts and material. Hopefully he keeps making clothing because it is a dream of mine to one day own a piece of his.

I actually haven't figured out if he was involved with their S/S releases and it just got announced after the fact or if he's starting in the fall.

I haven't looked into it much at all because I haven't fucked with G STAR at all before this and I don't know enough about them yet to really get a handhold, but I'm hoping he's well at home there.

A mass market brand is definitely the right place for him, versus tiny little art runs, with his emphasis on product design, which the press releases really emphasized as being something present at G STAR, but then they're press releases.

I wouldn't doubt that those ponchos pop up every now and then but if you want anything under $1000 your out of luck. Not many designers or brands make then most likely because as cool as the look they are quite hard to pull off. If you live in Quebec( I think) Arc'teryx had a project wear they designed and gave out ponchos specially made for homeless people so you could maybe rob a homeless person. Craig Green also had one in his most recent season.

That's probably the only good look from that show. I liked a lot of the pieces but the way they were put together I just couldn't get behind. I know Raf loves the boyish/youth look but this was just to childlike. The next couple seasons after that I really enjoyed though
