Where to find coats like pic related? Sorry, I'm not really

Second-hand is the best way to get coats like that, I reckon. Most big coats today are either garbage or excessively expensive.

Its a double breasted peacoat (duh) done in a houndstooth cloth instead of plain blue navy wool.
