Well that depends on how much disposable income you have. Depending on how fat you are right now the clothes that you buy may not fit you at all when you're lean.

Try for a minimalist look, or something with only a few layers. For example a plain white t-shirt with a comfortable and loose flannel over it. Joggers are probably the most comfortable pants since they're basically a version of stylish sweatpants. Don't invest in something too out there if you're trying to loose weight. Stick to blacks and whites to achieve a sense of edge. It's all the rage in street fashion. I don't know what your body type is but I think that leather jackets are the most versatile. Plus they layer well over flannels to complete the full look. Try this look: plain t-shirt or one with the adidas logo, comfortable black joggers, and shoe wise high rise vans will probably look the best.
