Don't wear them outside but wear them when you're in your room. The leather is stiff and just needs some time to mold to your foot. I made the same mistake first, wore them one day and ended up with horrible blisters on my heels. Then when those were healed I just wore them whenever I was home, not doing anything. Now they're one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own.

This, I just got a pair of docs and it feels like they are cutting off the circulation to my right foot, while my left foot is fine. Never had this problem with any other shoe, what do I do? Can't wear them for more than 10 minutes as a time or toes start to hurt

My feet bled for the first two days I used them but now they're real comfy

just don't be a pussy n firm it, walked 10km in a different colour 1461 when I first wore them, didn't have any skin left on my heels n had to walk in slides for a few days but they were comfy after my feet healed
