I'd like to dye my 50% cotton/50% nylon ACU jacket a dark navy blue, but I'm clueless. How do you guys who dye the flektarn stuff do that?
Also, how much of a cockbag am I for wearing this even after it's blue?

The dye won't work on nylon so it will be 50% navy blue and 50% the original color. It may look ok but there's no way of telling until you do it. It definitely won't come out solid navy blue though.
The other problem will be the stitching unless it's cotton (which it probably isn't) you will end up with light colored contrast stitching.
