hey /fa/
I had a pair of gazelles i got on clearance for $25.
They've pretty much come apart, nearly 5 years later. They were a suede upper, as you'd expect, and honestly I think that contributed to it's long life (the leather was of good quality).
I say this because my pair of Cortez, which I wore considerably less, and had for only 1 year, tore at the toe. They were leather. "genuine leather", i.e., bullshit, but basically Nike makes a shit shoe (unless you're buying that 'premium leather' edition.
All this to say, I need a new beater pair. Low profile, suede or quality leather upper, black, blue or maybe red, and most importantly: under $100.
What do you got?

are you the same size in both shoes??

sambas
Get the football ones, not the fashion ones though. Much more comfortable and durable. Id say one of the last long lasting Adidas sneakers.

Adidas Spezial

Depending on the fit of the shoe I bounce between 10-11
The cortez were a very strange fit. I felt as though I should have sized up anyway just for the breathing room, but I believe I went for 10.5.

been considering sambas. I saw a pair of Copa Mundial lifestyle shoes which were quite awesome.

i think its a must have, they can be had for as little as $50, comfortable, and also still pretty good shoes for some casual futsal.
