Quit drinking it as a crutch. Yes, it helps a bit, but it doesn't help that much and once your usage normalizes and your body gets tolerant to it, then it will be just like before when you didn't drink as much or any. So it's an appetite suppressant, for a few months. Then it isn't, only you're addicted to the caffeinated jew and are just screwing with your sleep-wake hormones and body chemistry for no reason. Want a café latte on the weekend? Fine. But megadosing 7 days a week? Nah.

Depends on the type. I'm for sure a minority, but I think caffeine is a shit overused drug. No sense to stain your teeth, dirty your breath, mess with your hormones, and put something so acidic on an empty or near empty stomach. If you want a comfy cup on the weekends or something get decaf which has only a small amount of caffeine.

16:8 is a good starting place. So 12pm to 8pm eating window or whatever you like. Give it some time and you get used to it. Then try 23:1 and see how you like that. I do 18:6 a lot, 2pm I have lunch and then I eat dinner around 7pm. Test a few options out, but give you body time to adjust to each.

You'll be fine. I drink like two to three cups a day, usually iced with a straw. I drink mine with milk (gasp) and I'm still underweight/thin, and my teeth are nice.

Coffee can also help you poop if you're having issues.

Unlikely. I've done some pretty long fasts and it takes a long time to be able to eat a lot again. You have to start up very slowly.

How do they do it? I remember the one girl said she had some stomach that was able to expand. But, maybe it's just practice.

I can't imagine eating all this though. I would think it would be dangerous to eat that much sugar in one sitting too.

This shit is 90% diet, exercise just means you'll have some muscle definition (not a ton though) rather than being a useless skinnyfat. The other 10% is genetics, some people naturally have more skin or store more fat and either can't be thinspo or it looks like garbage on them. The best advice I can give is to spend an hour in the gym lifting, cardio like jogging or the treadmill is just a meme. Swimming is good though.

Learn to cook. Your problem when eating will be calorie counting, sensible proportions and avoiding carbohydrates, sodium and sugar. If you don't cook you will never manage this stuff because processed food is comprised entirely of garbage and restaurant food packs serious amounts of the above into pretty much everything. Spend some money on a spice rack and find some recipes on Food Wishes, or ask /ck/ for healthy meals. Being thin doesn't mean living off water and celery, extreme diets like that are actually counter-productive.

I kind of realized that I'm always in control of what I put in my mouth, and that what I eat has a direct influence on how my body looks - once you break the cycle and realize you DO have control it's easier to stop

I read a book on how food is processed by the body + why we crave sugar and forgave myself for having fatty instincts - I still have small binges on occasion, but nowhere near what I used to

I stopped counting calories and tried to focus less on food, not thinking "I gotta lose weight NOW!!!" but more in the lines of "I don't actually need to eat this often"

also drink a lot of water, caffeine sometimes, focus on protein and fats over processed carbs, don't see food as entertainment or the devil but just as fuel, and stay on track while accepting your slip-ups (the quickest way to a binge habit is getting frustrated and giving up)
