Are we men kinda like too much self aware of our hairlines?

I have never seen a hairline in my life.

Is the hairline overrated?

>tfw i have a widows peak
>girlfriend said my hairline was going back, but i see the is peak still in the spot all my life but the rest moved up a bit so its more obvious
>start developing bdd
>hours looking at mirror on and off feeling insecure about it
>family said i look just fine, mom told me i have my grandfathers hair and he didnt even go bald when he was on chemo
>still obsess
>most people say it looks fine, cool, or i get made fun of when i talk to girls because they think im balding
>start to think im balding

This is suffering, it goes away and comes back and everytime i see things that arent there.

Nah, that guys looks good even with a shit hairline just because he already has a handsome face. If he had a decent hairline on top of that he would definitely be like +1 or 2 points higher in attractiveness
