Go to any military surplus store. The only company that comes to mind that sells them new is Rothco, but as other anon said, they are known for making low quality stuff. Maybe try Propper or Tru-Spec. Otherwise just google "olive drab BDU". Get one made of rip-stop if you want military style, that's the material military uses.
If you go to surplus stores you can get used BDUs which are good quality (though examine them, they aren't always in good condition), but they are mostly camo, harder to find surplis solid color.

Yeah m65s are weirdly baggy. Far more so than any other milsurp jacket I've ever bought. My general advise is unless you're a 7ft tall body builder, go for the smallest fit you can find. I've still yet to find one that's a good fit on me, it hurts.
