i have an oval shape head, should i shave bald? i have the short on sides and long on top the same as everyone else, but its starting to get boring and annoying. ANy shorter hair styles as replacements?

I use an electric razor with shaving cream in the shower. I love my head shaved, and I'll never go back, but it is a bit of a chore to keep up with shaving every day. Once you get used to being slick, even a one day stubble will start to feel annoying. I find an electric razor is just as close on the scalp and much faster.
