Pls embrace curls. It's worth the effort. I use no-poo method and only condition my hair and then put a simple leave-in conditioner afterwards. Pat dry with a tshirt, and let the rest air dry. You're gucci.

Unless you embrace it. My curls are by far most reedeming feature I have, and fit them into different style for different occasions. Im 5'3 and chubby but straight up get hair compliments 1-2 times a day by strangers.

Fuck dude I'm in the same boat as you. My mom is part black with curly hair and my dad has straight hair. The result is me having really thick curly hair. It's not curly like mulatto hair, it's a lot like mediterranean or middle eastern hair
