Carrying a full sized handgun might be quite difficult for fitted clothing. You might consider getting a S&W M&P, they're dirt cheap nowadays.

I've used T.REX Arms Sidecar and quite like it, but it may be much bigger that what you need. I've heard JM Custom Kydex is a good place to go as well.
