Recommendations for skinny jeans/jeggings for a 6'1" girl on a poor af college student budget? I'm trying to improve my droll wardrobe, slowly but surely.

Should probably be a tad more specific. I think I'm around a 28in waist, 37in hips, and 36in inseam. Also, I think I have relatively thick ankles, so something stretchy in the cuffs would be great.
