I get alot thinner when I go to music festivals and stuff like that, you just drink and smoke, so you don't eat. So not eating plus walking around you'll get thinner without even trying.

Do the last fat kgs really take more effort or is it more that what is happening is muscle and organ tissue are breaking down and that's where you're getting the loss?

In any case I'd assume you can just look up your Basal Metabolic Rate via an online calculator, work out your Total Daily Energy Expenditure and plot out how much you need to eat over what period to get where you want.
