After lùrkin this board for some time I've been noticing that everyone here has this "fa" bodytype.. skinny, but bold.. it made me ponder, so I ask this to you /fa/. What do you guys do to stay in shape. In other words, how to remove skinny fat and just keep skinny and muscles?

I always work out in different sports
Try to eat healthy but sometimes I eat junk food.
