Instagram, a lot of amateur models would love to be asked. Also just ask people you know in general, you don't need to be friends with them- most people would be flattered even if they decline. You could even ask on here desu, basically just keep asking until you are successful.

Hire them from modelling agency. They aren't all priced through the roof.

1) Why would you even need an actual model, just take any of your friends that does not look out of shape and it'll be enough

2) Find nearest model agency, wait in front of the door until you see someone who fits your needs, go talk to them

3) Look around on facebook / IG / whatever, lowlife wannabe models proliferate like pests

Check posts in your location that way you could find someone near by. Agencies also have hashtags aspiring models use in order to get scouted- img's is #wlyg but I have also noticed some people just use #model or #scoutme
