I'm a fan of rayon.
And wool with nylon and acrylic blends with a lower acrylic percentage work well to keep the wool from pilling too much, shrinking or felting while keeping most of the positive wool characteristics.
Full polyester blouses are sad and sweaty.

For a time I hated 'em and wouldn't buy anything that was all natural. (with the exception of wet weather gear)
I can't remember what first changed my mind... Might have been polyester shorts that dried crazy fast.
