I want to get a baseball cap just to wear around casually. Absolutely nothing flashy, probably a solid navy blue or black with as small a logo as possible if any (I find it hard to find completely logoless hats that aren't shit quality).
I've never owned one so the question I have is: should my ears be on the inside or outside? It feels weird if my ears are on the outside because the hat is pushing them out like I have jug ears. But if they're on the inside the hat should be pretty big and loose. So which is it?

I shaved all my hair away like 3 years ago because I feared I was beginning to bald. I have a nice shaped head luckily but it feels like I should have something on my head to balance it out a little. It's getting too warm to wear my winter hat.
I don't see other realistic hat options for summer. Everything else looks autistic.
I've been paying attention to youtube videos and I see about a 50/50 split of ears inside ears outside
I got this cap few days ago and it's very comfy
I never wore caps before but my hair is starting thinning
now I feel naked when I go outside without the cap
ears inside??? lmao what the fuck
I don't know what kind of caps you guys are wearing

I don't know man I'm googling this stuff and all the message board threads from the last decade etc. that I can find seem to be pretty divided on the matter. Though I have a feeling ears inside crowd are also the type to wear caps with a flat brim.
