Yes, but not exclusively. KYS is not just a youtube thing, it is a 12 year old thing. He could've just highlighted that fact, but for some reason he linked his statement to a completely unrelated factor, without so much as even a specific channel that is significant. This makes the entire youtube thing pointless, and actually he could've replaced youtube with fucking anything: video games, movies or fucking reddit if he wanted to. At the very least though, he needed to choose something relevant and specific in his chosen medium, because now without it his idea has come across as poorly formed.
