>dont buy any clothes
>start eating less
>start working out more (even if its just more walking)
>drink water when hungry
>dont snack
>start eating healthy
>start the gym
>once you loose weight then consider buying clothes
if you came here expecting advice for your body type, you aint gonna get it bud

if i wanted fitness advice, i wouldn't be on the FASHION BOARD
Good hygene, grooming, wearing clothes that make you look slimmer.

>wearing clothes that make you look slimmer
like what?
>>12415821
Nobody on the fashion board will give you advice unless you're fit. You must be new here
>>12415829
wear light jackets they hide fight lines and man boobs, also DO NOT try anything you see on this board you'll have to find your own style, you have to make sure you don't end up looking like your trying to hard.
What do you where now?

cotton trill jacket, sorta like he's wearing on the cliff
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoXdC2zDi0s
faded pants that ride my hips, with a fabric belt
new jeans that ride my waist, with a good quality leather belt
lactose leather sneakers
inside out shirts(cause the message is edgy or cringey)
a camouflage boonie(if it's sunny out)
a polyester sweater
a black outdoor style backpack
black undershirt(cause i get cold easily)
>>12415873
also my suits aren't suits
the jackets are different shades to my pants
shirts are mostly patterned
ties are 99% patterned
i own 2 plain shirts
3 plain ties
the pants bunch up at the waist, as they're designed for someone with thinner legs.
i'm thinking a sewing machine might be a good investment.

Ok so i'm not qualified to talk about other styles, but id say the jacket is good, but also try and go more rustic, greens and browns and simple kinda plaid looken shirts, I'd also recommend to invest in tight undershirts so they kinda act like a girdle. but you seem to be going down the right track, do you have any inspo pics you're trying to work toward?
>>12415898
something like this guy
my biggest problem is getting pants that; ride high enough on my torso for me to tuck my shirts in, don't bunch up from all the extra fabric.
>>12415902
ok so how big are you compared to Mr.swanson, and also have you tryed buying your pants at your local tailor? they can usually get or make the perfect pair of trousers
>>12415908
maybe double his size. same kind height though.
tailor sounds promising. but wouldn't that be like 200 a pair?
>>12415924
depends you could still get "off-the-rack" which would maybe 20-60 a pair but the true glory is that he can measure you and find the perfect "off-the-rack" pair. but when in doubt Bespoke would work but yes raise the price considerably
