Aren't shoulders the hardest part to fix. There's a reason you shop for a suit that fits at the shoulder at least and then fix everything else

I just went to a tailor. He seemed confident that he could fix the shoulders and also changed something on the pants.
If I get the money back, I think it was worth it.
