You should never wear an undershirt in the first place, or at a minimum an A shirt. No shirt should be seen, it destroys the V that is created by leaving the top two buttons undone.

So a quality shirt wont have that problem, as quality shirts usually have two layers of fabric through out the whole thing. I personally use Suitsupply's stuff.
