is there a guideline for going out and dressing casually? I live in a hot state and it's hard to dress up unless you wanna have a heat stroke. Is there any way to dress nice and casual at the same time, a middle ground?

what about t shirts? shoes? long sleeve button ups are too hot and short sleeve button ups are very childish in my opinion
