Proportion could use work, but I like the faces. They've got character. Generally the illustrations could use more impact, so I'd suggest ink outlines and marker pens for the colour.
I would say though, if you claim that the quality is sub par because you 'didn't spend much time on it' then you're probably doing something wrong. Some really simple stuff that didn't take much time can still be very aesthetic, like pic related.

You're right this is great, even if there's the difference of digital vs real medium. The focuspoint isn't the drawing however, but more the clothing itself.

How do you mean? What should I improve? Linework? I know I suck at shading. This reply is kinda depressing, I searched for my favourite drawing and I spend quiet a lot of freetime on drawing.
