I really don't understand how people have such trouble with these shoes. I own 5 pairs and they're the only ones I tried to get (so I haven't ever taken an "L").

Usually it takes like 20 mins before midnight for me to prepare to buy, but this past weekend I decided literally 5 minutes before Adidas drop that I'd try to get a pair, just to prove to myself that I could. Bought in my size without trouble, on my office computer.

I decided afterwards that I don't actually want them so I cancelled the order. I wonder what they do with the cancelled pair since they don't just put it back up for sale.

Have you not noticed how resellers are destroying their own market? Because now everyone and their mother is trying to jump on the resale bandwagon with Yeezys, the market is flooded with these things and prices are falling. The number of Oreo 350s on Grailed is comical. And prices are being slashed. People are trying to hawk Brown 750s for 550, 600 bucks now--and they're not being sold even at that price (largely because the people who had truly wanted them already have them).

My point is--the markup isn't as good as you think and your chances at this point of reselling for anything more than like 100 or so dollars over resale is actually pretty small. There's too much competition in the resale market now.

The resale bandwagon has destroyed its own demand by growing so massive.

Meanwhile on the other end, some shoes have remained stubbornly high, and no one is buying those either. There's no reason Air Yeezy 2s should be 3000 fucking dollars. No one is buying them, and yet people who have them persist in trying to sell them for that price.

Everything is messed up.

Personally, I really like 750 Boosts, but I don't see the big deal with the socky 350s. Not crazy about them myself.

I hate how these shoes look in fits but I really like the materials and way the shoe is knit.

I was able to cop the black and white pair through local raffles. I threw in 4 tickets and hit on one so it is actually possible but boils down to luck. I've seen people manual cop (no bot) through the yeezysuply site but they drop extremely early. Online is virtually impossible, there are a couple sites that are still possible to manual on but the general idea is to just do raffles. If you are serious about them then you'd get your family and friends to help you.
