tbqh you can do very well if you just spend most of your budget on shoes and a nice jacket/parka, the rest you can swing at any fast fashion outlet unless you really want some unique pieces. quality differences for footwear between shit tier h&m/zara and real brands is bigger than between actual clothing imo, especially tops.
