I got into thrifting a lot once I got out of rehab, gives you something to do and makes you go outside instead of sitting alone indoors wanting to get fucked up. also you can make a little money if you sell stuff you find, and let's you try out different styles for cheap before you really dive into anything

Start exercising and eating healthy and find something you enjoy such as vidya, reading, drawing, kino, skating, or something like that. If you're in school or have a job, try going out and meeting people. Good luck to you, and remember that it'll all go away in some time, and to just try to be happy.
