What colours do you think you look good and bad in, /fa/? also, what's the psychology behind looking 'good' and 'bad' in different colours?
I look bad in red, orange and yellow, probably khaki
I look good in pretty much everything else, especially monochrome, blue, pink, green and beige colours
I only wear a few colors..
Navy, black, white, gray, burgundy/maroon and certain shades of blue.

BEFITTING COLOURS:
"BLACK", "BURGUNDY", SHADES OF "RED", SHADES OF "BLUE".
UNBEFITTING COLOURS:
"WHITE", "PURPLE", SHADES OF "GREY", "EARTHY" COLOURS.
GENERALLY, DARKER COLOURS BEFIT ME BETTER THAN LIGHTER ONES.
I think I look really good in black

burgundy is a shade of red
purple could be considered a shade of blue too ;)

>burgundy is a shade of red
NOT REALLY, BECAUSE SOME SHADES OF "BURGUNDY" TEND TO BE MORE TOWARD EITHER THE "PURPLISH" ZONE, OR THE "BROWNISH", ZONE, SO, IT IS A COLOUR IN ITSELF.
>purple could be considered a shade of blue too
NO.

I look bad in anything too bold and colourful, unless I'm going for an 80's synth inspired look. I look especially bad in red, purple and a definite blue.
I think I look good in black, grey, and also dessert colours. and especially olive green which really compliments my blonde hair and feminine looking bluey green eyes. I also have light skin. try and go with colours that either help me blend in and look comfy and cute. or blacks so I can emo it up a bit.

It's not the psychology behind what looks good and bad, but colour theory. It all depends on your skin undertones, eye and hair colour. So you probably would suit some reds/yellows, but it depends on the warmth of the colour - more blue or warm red, more mustardy or bright yellow, etc.

Almost everybody looks good in: Black, Grey, White. Then some other basic colors like Camel, Navy, Burgundy, Dark Green, etc.
My personal favorite colors, which I get complimented a lot on are: Black, White, Iris Purple, Cherry Red (used very sparingly), Daffodil Yellow, Mint, Dark Blue, etc.

OP here. This sounds about right. I'm pretty pale with light brown hair and brown eyes and I think that makes the colours I mentioned suit me well. If I died my hair black however (which I may or may not do) and had more tanned skin, I think I could pull of those warm colours easily, but not be able to pull of the beige/pastel colours anymore, if that makes sense?
