What are some effective exercises and strategies to improve one's posture? How to stand up ram-rod straight, and sit in a chair with a slightly arched back, perfectly straight? I always find myself forgetting and slouching or hunching over. Manlets seem adept at doing it all the damn time - is that just manlet fear, or something? I don't know, can anyone recommend a good morning stretching program?

tape a 2x4 to your back
Not the workable sounding idea, but thanks for the bump.

>calling manlets manlets
>implying straight spine is not their merit and just an anatomy
>srsly looking for any advice with that passive aggressive behavior

there's a lot of stuff you can find on youtube. just search for posture exercises. you should also do some stretches. the most important ones imo are the 90 90 and the doorway stretch for the hip flexors and chest respectively

Thanks. I'm surprised this subject is never talked about on /fa/. I'm fairly tall normally, but when I actually stand up straight I always get compliments. "Did you get taller, anon?" etc., etc.
