how do you remain /fa/ while working in finance?
i feel completely disconnected from men's wear, especially modern designs, but it's obviously a requirement. are there any old styles due for a resurgence?

Just go to suit supply and get some suits. If they fit well, they will look good. It's not that hard. Not in finance, but I wear a suit every day at work
go full yuppie
this is maybe the most /fa/ job in existence. use your imagination.
Check out Thom Browne.
Also: completely disregard the EMH.

Fucking hell, American sack suits look dogshit.

You have a job that pays loads of money, and lets you wear a suit everyday without looking out of place. How could it get any better?
Get into bespoke tailoring and you can do all kinds of cool stuff with a suit. Peak lapels, roped shoulder, subtly unusual fabrics, etc.

Idk, blue collar shit doesn't really let you have a life either, and all that hard work will take its physical toll too.

I hate peak lapels and stripes.
