How does Uniqlo underwear sizing compare to H+M? I'm specifically looking at the trunks. I only ask because sometimes that asian stuff requires you to size up.

If you look on the pack, it gives a range of waist sizes. I think small is like 26-29 and medium is 30-33. Im a 29/30 waist and I get medium. I prefer the not so stretched medium vs the fully stretched small
