Well you got great lips, good, striking eyebrows too, also good skin (except for lil patches of red acne but you're young so thats normal).
Losing weight would make you pretty attractive desu
But bro ... shave that ""thing"" off your lips pls. also try "styling" your eyebrows into the right shape, right now they look a bit messy.
Change your hairstyle too.
Most important thing is weight tho.
You'll see that being low body fat and fit will make you automatically effay. Being chubby on the other hand is really difficult to compensate with style and clothes.
Best way to lose weight is a diet of fruits & vegetables. Eating lots of that good stuff will also give you better, clearer skin & a more effay skin color, seriously, pic related.
