"FOLICURE", ANTIDANDRUFF VERSION; YOU CAN ALSO MAKE A ROSEMARY INFUSION WITH YOUR SHAMPOO, AND ALWAYS RINSE YOUR HAIR WITH COLD WATER BEFORE FINISHING SHOWERING.
Aveeno Pure Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner. If you are only shampooing and not conditioning its no wonder you have a dry scalp. Visit /r/haircarescience for more info.
Other misc tips: stop taking long showers, stop turning the water to 1000 degrees, stop shampooing every day, start drinking more water - all important to combat dry scalp. If all else fails, you will have to look for a dandruff shampoo.

I didn't know this.
Also, I thought conditioner was for your hair, not scalp. Expound on this.

Been going no-poo for a month or so, only washing my hair with an avocado co-wash once or twice a week. I like how my hair feels but not my scalp is dry as fuck. How do I take care of this dry-scalp/dandruff while maintaining my luscious no-poo lyfestyle?

you possibly don't have to use a completely different shampoo but do buy another one and alternate them every time you wash your hair to stop your hair building a resistance to it
also if you're worried about having dry hair, use conditioner and leave it on for a few mins before rinsing

Don't wash your hair often, remember about conditioner, use coconut oil and argan oil - they work wonders.
