i ordered a pair of kicks off adidas to the UK.
while they were still in transit, the shoes went on sale.
so i bought them again at the sale price, intending to return the first pair when i received them.
can i just put the sale pair in the full price box when i get them and return that? cant be arsed to wait forever for the 2nd pair to get here.

Should've just contacted adidas you autist. They could've just refunded you the difference in pricing on the pair that was arriving.

If it's the exact same shoe/size/colorway, then yeah you can. Shoes aren't individually marked so there's no way of them knowing. But yeah. like anon said, next time just contact them and they'll refund you the difference if it's within that close of a time span.
