I lost a lot of muscle after chemo so i've got good as fuck skin and none of my old clothes fit. I'm looking to move into a more feminine look (as a guy) for now. What exercises and clothes would give a better silhouette?

Also this one particular type of lunge but I can't remember what it's called.
Exercises; 45 degree bench hyperextension for glutes and upper hamstrings, lying leg curls for complete hamstring minor calves, dumbell walking lunges for posture, quadriceps, inner thighs, and flexibility. Standing calve raises.

Don't lose money on building up a wardrobe for a body size you (hopefully) won't be on for long. Concentrate on getting your muscles back, get yourself a good physique, then work on your clothes.
